We value our social licence and we're an active member of the community.

Our Commitment

Our ethos is simple -- we strive to contribute positively to the regions and communities in which we operate. We believe in developing partnerships with our host communities to provide sustainable solutions that improve infrastructure and reduce poverty. We are a valued corporate citizen, balancing our social and corporate responsibilities to effectively engage with and respond to community concerns.

One Family

We have a proud tradition of looking after our own. Our employees feel secure in the knowledge that the Ausdrill Family is there for them in times of need.

One of our key initiatives is "The Ausdrill Way" -- a social and benefit fund that over 90% of staff choose to contribute to which provides immediate short-term financial support to employees in times of tragedy. Ausdrill matches all contributions to this fund dollar for dollar.

We Care

We are proud to support a range of organisations and programs.

Dry July is an online fundraising campaign where participants take up the challenge of a month off the booze to raise sponsorship to benefit the lives of adults living with cancer.

Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea is one of Australia’s best-loved fundraising events, and plays a vital role in raising money towards Cancer Council’s work in research, prevention and support

A community of FIFO families and FIFO partners who know exactly what you are going through when you are home alone; a sole parent or a solo partner.

Food Rescue is the missing link between the thousands of tons of fresh, nutritious food thrown into landfill each year by the food industry and the thousands of hungry and disadvantaged people in need.

The Hockeyroos

We are proud sponsors of Australia's national hockey team, the Hockeyroos. The Hockeyroos are undoubtedly one of the country's most successful sporting teams. In everything we do, we strive to deliver outstanding performance and we believe our partnership with the Hockeyroos is an excellent fit with our business.

In October 2012, the Hockeyroos announced their support for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. The National Breast Cancer Foundation is a fantastic organisation that really does make a difference in the community and the Ausdrill staff look forward to being a part of this great relationship.
